Nike School to Swoosh: Mentorship Program
Together with the Nike School to Swoosh team, I helped shape and produce the pilot of the School to Swoosh mentorship program - a six-month period designed to connect young creative talent with Nike’s Brand Creative team.
Out of hundreds of applications, we selected ten mentees and paired each of them with a Nike mentor from different creative fields, including design, production, and storytelling. I was involved from the very beginning, helping to set up the structure, organize the selection process, and build the community experience that sat at the heart of the program.
Throughout the six months, I took the role as Community Manager, supporting the mentees and coordinating each stage of the program: two kick-offs, four masterclasses, mentor 1-on-1s, a midterm event, and a graduation ceremony. Working together with Patta, Wieden+Kennedy, Nike and other Community members to give the mentees a full insight of the creative field.
For the Graduation Event, I produced the full experience together with the Nike team, from exhibition curation to program flow and production. The evening showcased each mentee’s final concept through a mix of pitches, an exhibition, music, and celebration.
